Throughout the community, there is a big group of people who are passionate about cars. There are about thirty guys who race SE30s in the South East region. All of them travel throughout the region going to races once a month. Every friday night before the races on Saturday and Sunday, the guys go out and party, which is incredibly entertaining. They are one big happy family who always has their backs. If someones car breaks and another guy has a spare part laying around, they will just give eachother the part so that they can all race and have fun together. This video below is from one of the guys that my dad races with. It shows how crazy it gets out on track with thirty plus guys. Unfortunately, there are no girl racers, hopefully one day I'll be out there with them. Below you will find a video from one of the guys that my dad races with. It gets crazy and intense out on the track and it is really cool to be able to see what they see in the car. While watchin from the stands or in pit lane, you don't see how crazy and heart pounding it is for these racers.
After a crazy race weekend, it is so much fun to hear about all the intense things that happen. Everytime my dad goes off for a weekend to race, he comes home with a HUGE smile on his face. Hearinng him talk about how fun and exciting it is and the blast he has with his friends is the best thing ever. This adrenalne that he gets from going racing is what drives me to want to do this with him. I went on a track day with one of my friends, who races with my dad, and I left the car with my smile going from ear to ear.
